MY STORY
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and an Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society living in Hampshire. My experience includes: counselling in a University and an agency; coaching online; counselling with Beam (the Children's Society drop-in mental health service); counselling with The Green Oak Foundation and Betterhelp. I believe that everyone can reach their goal in life whatever setbacks and challenges they encounter along the way. When we feel really listened to and understood it is then that we can start to make the changes needed to turn things around.
